Pumpkin Cheesecake
This delicious cheesecake will melt in your mouth and satisfy that craving!

  
 
 
Ingredients
 
  • 3(8oz) pkg Cream Cheese
  • 3/4c. Canned Pumpkin
  • 3/4c. Sugar
  • Dash of Ground Cloves and Nutmeg
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3c Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 9" Pie Dish
  • Whipped Topping
  • Non-Stick Spray
 
Directions
 
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and spices with mixer untill well blended.
  3. Add eggs and continue blending.
  4. Spray 9" pie dish with non-stick spray.
  5. Spread crumbs in bottom of dish and pour in cream cheese mix.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for appr. 45 minutes.
  7. Refigerate for 1 hour and cover with whipped topping.
